Sadly disappointing. $300 for literally 5 minutes. He asks 4-5 questions but doesn’t even take the time to explain why he’s asking those questions or at least give his input as to what the issue may be. His social media is pretty misleading since you’d think he’d take the time to explain things to you.The most disappointing this was to not even get a call back once urine results were in. I was clearly told I’d get a call back, but I had to call the lab myself to get my results. And then the pharmacy called me to tell me he prescribed a medication, which was news to me. Zero courtesy to even pickup the phone to follow up or explain the reason for the prescription.Save your money. My regular GP could have done exactly the same level of work/effort that he put forth.

Finally the first urologist that ACTUALLY listened to my issues, brought a tangible solution and everything is now on the way to being fixed. This is after over 15 years of appointements, left and right, with the wrong" doctors. Dr.Steinberg got it on the first appointement! I strongly recommend him to any who need this type of medecine."

I wasn't planning on writing a review, however I figured maybe it would be a good idea. I'd like to start off by saying that, the staff are friendly and welcoming, Dr.steinbeg is in fact an awesome dr. He has treated me in the past. For some minor health problems, unfortunately the last 2 appointment I've had with dr steingberg, have been disappointing, when I had told him of my symptoms, and the information my family doctor had on my results from blood work to urine analysis. Dr steinberg had just pretty much agreed with the results and referred me to a physiotherapist,without thinking outside of the box to see if maybe the infection is present elsewhere,2 weeks later I knew something wasn't right, this time I saw a different urologist at a hospital, after telling him my ongoing symptoms that I'm currently still experiencing, and the results I've had from urine analysis that always still came out negative, it was clear for him to see that the infection was still present, even though it wasn't present in a urine analysis.

I would give negative rating if possible. Firstly, the staffs are not friendly or proactive. You have to push it. Secondly, the doctor is extremely commercial. He literally sees you for 5 min max whatever your problem is. I did not believe the other reviews but I learnt it hard way. He also suggests expensive procedures without even trying or suggesting other options. Dont go there ever if you want to make good use of your money and get some good treatment.

Dr Steinberg is amazing. He took SUCH good care of us in a really stressful time. I can’t thank him enough.
