Principle X - Dr Cornel Smith

Dr. Smith and Stephanie are the dream team. My surgery assessment for fibroid removal with Dr. Smith was a lovely experience, even though I was in quite the unbearable pain. He showed nothing but patience and understanding and took time to explain what to expect from the procedure and answered all of our questions while using images from the internet to help us picture the situation. Fast forward to post-surgery, when he came to check on me, Dr. Smith was kind and friendly while remaining professional. He went on to explain how the surgery went and provided details as to what took place while I was under. He came back several times to see how I was doing during my stay in the hospital. I cannot express enough how much kindness he emits and how committed he is to his patients. Highly recommend Dr. Smith for your gynaecological needs. Stephanie is just the loveliest! It's always fun to talk to her, she makes you feel like you're the most important person when she talks to you. Between Dr. Smith and Stephanie, you feel extremely well taken care of and part of the Principle X family. Thank you both for all your patience, kindness, compassion and friendliness throughout.

I was not able to see Dr. Smith because his secretary, Stephanie was the most condescending and disrespectful admin staff I have ever dealt with.

Principle X did something I didnt think was possible.For the last few years I have been dealing with very mild sleep apnea, I found I was not getting quality sleep as well as my partner would often sleep with ear plugs just so she wouldn't have to hear me snore (I sounded like a bear in hibernation). I have tried to wear the sleep apnea mask but it was severely uncomfortable and a nuisance.After doing some research, I saw that Principle X was one of the only clinics in the lower mainland that offered the procedure called NIGHTLASE. I was skeptical as I have never done any sort of laser procedure but decided that I have spent enough money on amazon gadgets, mouthguards, nose strips throat sprays etc. So, I decided to arrange a consult with Dr. Smith and Stephanie (whats your title) and they deemed that I would be the perfect candidate as I and 5'11 260lbs.After two procedures I noticed that the snoring reduced drastically! I used a couple sleep monitoring devices to record the sound both weeks before the procedure and after and I couldn't believe it. The sound I made while sleeping was just light breathing and I woke up feeling refreshed.I want to say a BIG thank you to both the Laser Technician Stephanie and Dr. Cornel for providing this procedure as it is a game changer both health wise and relationship wise. They were very accommodating and described the procedure in full detail, it was painless (felt like a tickle in the back of the throat) as well as there was a popping noise which is from the laser and I only had to sit there for about 30min each session.The only discomfort was having to keep my mouth wide open and tongue down so Stephanie could reach the back of my throat.Will definitely continue to go back for my follow up appointments!!Dharrol
